Dealing with Change & Ambiguity

What is your organisational culture and approach towards change? Have you considered how when you deal with change it is a clear indicator as to what the culture is truly like? What time and effort do you invest looking at the impact of what the change will have on your employees and how you can accelerate change through increasing your employees level of acceptance.

When imposing change or having change imposed on us, we have to remember there are 7.8 billion people on this planet and not one of them sees the world in the way that you do. Your upbringing, your education, the beliefs and experiences you have gained through your years shape how you see the world and not a single person can mirror that. Change is personal, be considerate to the fact that whatever your view is on change, or the view of the business it is not the view of each and every person it impacts. That’s what makes us so great, our differences. But what makes change increasingly challenging.
