Short insight session into determining the true culture of your business. 

We will look at what the cultural indicators are and why understanding the true culture of your business is your starting point. 

The session will provide a background into why we need to be looking differently at cultural change and how we now need to move forward with cultural development. Culture is not finite, so building plans that becomes part of everyday life is key. We will also look at how buy in is achieved. Cultual development isn't a nice to do, its a must. It makes commercial sense and its looking after the wellbing of our people.
