Planning for cultural development

Time spent in planning is time well spent. This session will look at all the considerations that need to take place in the planning phase. Why time needs to be invested in turning over each stone within the employee journey to really understand the core, the DNA, the golden thread and to them look at how you can drive an authentic 'real' culture into the business for the long term. We will also look at how you measure culture and evidence the value and impact it can bring to a business.
